Ok so I want to love this place but its hard bc the bagels are so small and the service is not that good, but its a franchise so what can you expect? I live for the apple cinnamon bagel with peanut butter. But it doesn't fill me up and 2 of them seem so unhealthy. But the taste is divine. Maybe order 1 sinful bagel with 1 healthy. Still trying to perfect my order here

I was walking from my eye Dr from the same shop area when I decided on a bagel instead of a sub. I entered the place around 2:45pm on a Thursday afternoon. Other than myself there was another gentleman. I was only there for bagels. I was immediately greeted by the counter help. I ordered a plain toasted bagel and an onion bagel with cream cheese, not schmear. I can't stand schmear because it is wiped cream cheese so you are getting less IMO. After I ordered I received my bagels within 60 seconds. That's fast. I then peered to pay extra for more cream cheese. The lay behind the counter have me extra without charging me. She didn't have to do that but ale did and that went a long way in my book. My first bite in to the bagel was meet with softness and tastiness. It was a fresh bagel. They are playing island music which is pretty relaxing. I don't eat sty Einstein's often but when I do I like what I am paying for. I would recommend this place to my friends and I would come here again.

I've been coming here for over 6 months at least twice a week and I can honestly say they've only gotten my order correct twice... And then when you tell them it's wrong they act like you did something wrong. Terrible employees which makes it a terrible experience going here.. The only reason I return is convince because it's my only option before work.

Cuban panini is pretty good for a non-Cuban place. The chicken taste fresh and overall it was a pretty good tasting sandwich. I could only finish half -- great size if you are really hungry. Saving the other half for lunch tomorrow.

Einstein's has been around forever. I have been to several throughout the years & never really had anything bad. It's not one of my favorite places only because I prefer a few independent bagel places better. Today on my way to the office I stopped in at the Boca store. I was disappointed the moment I walked through the door. The place was empty & the two female employees did not acknowledge me at all. I know they were busy discussing their personal lives but I would think that the customer should come first. Silly me. I purchased a bottle of Dasani water & a cup of fruit. The cup of fruit had todays date on it and appeared to be fresh. I was looking forward to eating it for breakfast once I got to my office. When I opened the container of fruit I was once again disappointed. The grapes were mushy, the honeydew was very tart & the strawberries were old. It was not edible so I wound up tossing it. This Einstein's was dirty. The floor was sticky & just looked grungy. The counter had crumbs on it & I noticed a few empty tables that needed to be wiped. The customer service was non-existent. This is the first time I had this type of experience at an Einsteins. I hope they get their act together because they are in a busy location right next to the Tri-Rail & several office buildings. I will not recommend this location to anyone & I will not return.

I have been here three times. All I can say is slow. The staff seems to have no idea what's going on. I ordered a bacon eggs and cheese and it over 10 minutes to get my order even though there was only one order in front of me. The store is fairly clean but the trash backs up with their system designed to prevent tray loss and trying to throw away your trash will leave you feeling germy and gross. I will not be coming back to this Einsteins ever. Avoid it at all costs.

They have an amazing corner location. Their outdoor seating place is great. I'd want to sit there every time I walk by that place and meditate about life in general and parking skills of people there. Their bagels are are decent, a bit chewy and dry. They taste better when toasted. From over 3 boxes of bagels that are left open for public amusement and consumption in the office, often it happens that unless you touch and smell the bagel, you may have pick the wrong one. We get all sorts of cream cheese and my favorite is low fat Honey Almond. They have $1 coffee, if you bring your own mug. This is advertised everywhere in Boca Village. So walk carefully. They are very close to my work place and I have been there for lunch about two times pre-dominantly motivated by the coupons given by a colleague. Mostly because the plaza has Subway and Salad Spot that are much higher on my list. Their lunch options are decent and they have variety of sandwiches, egg-wiches, bagel-wich, wraps, and paninis which are mostly low calorie and seem healthy. I find their food ordering operation a bit confusing. The way it works is you look at the menu board, place your order this makes you naturally go for your wallet or purse -unless you think paying money is a thing of the past and a smile will do- at this point they hand you a receipt and you take it over to the next counter who will ask if you need anything else and then cut your bill and prepare your order. To me, these are far too many steps to accomplish a simple task and is not instinctive. I'd recommend a Hawthrone study here to cultivate more efficiency. Anyways, I ordered a BBQ Chicken Panini, yes that exactly what I ordered. I asked for some ketchup that was securely placed in a drawer beneath the counter. The Paninis look great and appetizing. So appetizing that I wanted to take a look to find out what went inside. To my amazement, there were bacon strips. The menu did not state that bacon was included. Not impressed at all. However, the panini was good but the pickle was too sour. I was not interested in getting another one so just left it. They have strange store hours as they close pretty early. Given the different kinds of coffee beverages that serve, one would expect them to be open for few hours post the regular work hours. However, amazing location, store is usually clean, nice cheap coffee, lots of breakfast and snack options, and staff is friendly. Because of other food options available they seem to take some setback during lunch.

I absolutely love this place!! Conveniently, its located across the street from my job and I like to come here for some fresh coffee and a bagel. The service is always so friendly here also. I came here this morning and had an everything bagel toasted with sun-dried tomato spread. It was Delicious and fresh. The coffee here is so good and they have many flavors to choose from. I especially enjoy bringing my own mug in for a discounted price to fill. This location is very clean also. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the bagels are a tad overpriced, compared to dunkin donuts and others.

I received a coupon in the mail - "free" bagel" Friday. Ok, I'm game!!! On the way there I decided I was going to buy a coffee (even though I get it free at work) because I was getting a free bagel after all. You need to give to take right? As soon as I walked through the front door I saw the chaos of morning madness. Many morning establishments have a little madness but they have good management leading so the customers do not feel the effect. When I finally reached the cashier I ordered my bagel and coffee. I had taken a look at the bagels they had available (the selection was soooooo weak it was extremely pathetic)but when I only saw 2 types, potato and wheat, I asked the cashier if they had more in the back because I didn't want any of those - I like the everything bagel. I was told "yes" they had, not to worry, so I proceeded with my order and asked to pay. They removed .99 cents form the bill. I thought it was a "free" bagel??? So in the long run it seems I was charged for the cream cheese and for requesting it toasted. hmmph?!?!?! Give me my bagel and let me get out of here! I receive my coffee and head to the cream/sugar area. I grab the non-fat thermos and it was empty. Really? Ok I''ll take the regular creamer. Grab the regular creamer thermos - EMPTY! I look for an employee to tell but everyone is doing their "I'm too busy for you" gestures I decide to abandon the mission. I decide to just let it go, wait for my bagel and resolve my problem when I get to work. Out of no where the manger finds me and tells me they do not have "everything bagels" today. Geez, I swear I could have remembered going through this with the cashier before I ordered. I unhappily opted for the potato bagel and took the opportunity to tell the manger about the empty thermos since I'm obviously going to be here for another 5 minutes. Shocking - the manger gives me an attitude and tells me I am wrong and to check it again. WHAT?? Are you kidding?? I pick up the thermos and check again - yes it was freakin empty! I had to open the thermos, take off the cap, and turn it upside down for the manager to believe me. Just then - my bagel is ready! I grab my bag and can't leave fast enough. The saying "nothing in life is free" couldn't be more on point for this experience! I can honestly say I have banned all Einsteins from my life after this day. Deceitful marketing ploy that persuaded me to visit and receive one of the worst customer services ever surely make this franchise a "never again" for me!!
